Taller commercial buildings cleared to rise in EastVillage neighborhood being built near Samsung


A New York-based developer has permission to build bigger within the $1 billion EastVillage comomunity, after Austin City Council on Oct. 27 approved a zoning change. Expect large commercial buildings to rise along Parmer Lane in North Austin, near the existing Samsung factory.
