A Tampa brewing company has filed a lawsuit against a fellow Florida Avenue entrepreneur, alleging the company is infringing on its trademark beer name.
In a lawsuit filed April 15 in the U.S. Middle District of Florida in Tampa, Brew Bus Brewing Co. claims that Florida Avenue Eats is confusing customers with its name.
Brew Bus Brewing acquired Florida Avenue Brewing in December 2015 — a company that opened its doors in 2010 and produces several varieties of beer.
