Target, Walmart push Congress on Visa, Mastercard fees


Target Corp. has joined an effort by hundreds of retailers lobbying U.S. lawmakers on a bill that could add more competition to the credit card market, potentially lowering the fees now charged by credit card titans Visa and Mastercard.
