A luxury North Texas estate, dubbed The White House of Dallas, has sold after being listed for $10.9 million.
The 16,041-square-foot home, which sits on 3.3 acres at 10777 Strait Lane in Dallas' Preston Hollow neighborhood, first hit the market last summer. A buyer flew in to view the home in February and the property went under contract soon after, said Becky Gruber with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate. Becky Gruber and Diane Gruber listed the home on behalf of DPMRE. It sold on May 7.
