Tesla, other EV makers need help from real estate pros


Tesla and other electric vehicle makers face a problem: Most apartment complexes and condominiums don’t feature charging stations. This story looks at the need for real estate pros to step up to demand. A new federal tax credit worth up to $100,000 per project could provide enough incentive for developers and property owners to add charging stations, although there are challenges installing them at some older buildings.
