A full-service winery and restaurant soon opening in Centerville is now hiring.
Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants will open its first Dayton-area location in the Cornerstone of Centerville development at 5220 Cornerstone North Blvd. in August. Cooper's Hawk will host two hiring fairs in July in the hiring trailer at the restaurant's future site, according to a news release.
