With a taxable value of $143 million, the TIRZ will help put millions of dollars into different projects for the specific area over the next 30 years. Such projects include an emergency water solution in coordination with Houston Public Works; drainage improvements; improvements to Main Street, Fannin Street, Holcombe Boulevard, Cambridge Street and Holly Hall Street; and increased bike and pedestrian connectivity.
