The Bagel Jar plans its first brick-and-mortar shop

The business started two years ago as a pandemic hobby. Now both owners have quit their day jobs to bake bagels full time. Plus, a Colden market/cafe scales back, a Buffalo restaurant opens its doors and a new coffee shop is coming in Delevan.
