Which ZIP codes in the Albany area have been the hottest for home sales this year?
American City Business Journals, Albany Business Review's parent company, collected home sales data, starting at $250,000, from Jan. 1 to Sept. 25.
The Business Review then ranked the top ZIP codes in the Capital Region by how many sales were recorded so far in 2018. Check out the slideshow above for which ZIP codes saw the most homes sell, as well as the median sale price for each ZIP code.
