A San Francisco-based restaurant chain is bringing its grilled cheese sandwiches and burgers to Folsom's Palladio at Broadstone.
The business, called The Melt, will fill 2,400 square feet previously occupied by Grebitus & Sons Jewelers at the Palladio, said Joe Blanton, director of sales and leasing for Sacramento-based real estate brokerage Capital Rivers Commercial.
