Tim Niver’s new deli/bagel venture is on the way


Tim Niver’s new restaurant, Meyvn, opens this month, and is capable of turning out 20,000 bagels a week. But it's more than just a bagel shop.

The deli located at 901 West Lake St, will have bagels of the Montreal variety (think crispier and sweeter than the usual kind), serve a wide range of mostly Jewish-inspired cuisine all day and offer a full bar, all through counter service.
