Top 50 Mergers & Acquisitions in Minnesota


Deals announced in calendar year 2017, involving a Minnesota-based buyer or seller and a 50 percent or more interest in the target company, are eligible for this list. Lapsed or withdrawn bids are excluded. Deals are ranked based on enterprise value, defined as sum of cash, stock and assumption of liabilities on hand. Transaction dollars are rounded to the nearest million. Information was gathered throughout calendar year 2017; primary research was conducted in January and February 2018.
