Top of the Market: 13-acre estate in Southeast Memphis takes top spot


An expansive estate just south of Germantown led this week's home sales roundup, and residences in Germantown proper took the next two spots, too.

The top home — located on Crestridge Drive in Memphis' ZIP 38119 — sold for $990,000. Built in 1996, the 4,300-square-foot house features an antebellum style and plenty of wallpaper, according to photos you can view in the slideshow at the top of the page, courtesy of Realtor.com. It holds three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
