Townhomes proposed in downtown St. Pete near USF St. Pete


A 15-unit townhouse development is in the works for downtown St. Petersburg.

St. Pete-based NJR Construction Group has proposed the townhouses on a vacant .35-acre lot at 357 3rd St. S, across the street from apartment tower Camden Pier District and Harbour’s Edge senior apartments. The development will be two blocks from University of South Florida St. Pete.

Development costs are estimated at $9.6 million in city filings.
