Trammell Crow Residential buys Uptown site with new luxury apartment project in mind


Trammell Crow Residential has purchased more than an acre tract in Uptown and has plans to bring a new luxury residential tower to the area, according to a report from the Dallas Morning News.

The development company bought land on Oak Grove Avenue between Hall Street and Lemmon Avenue where a cluster of small office buildings currently sit. The land was purchased from three different property owners, the report said.
