Peggy Rubenzer was named chief people officer for True Food Kitchen, a Phoenix-based healthy dining brand, to lead the company’s human resources and training function as the brand continues to grow.
Since 2011, Rubenzer has served as senior vice president of people resources for Shake Shack, during a time that restaurant grew from nine locations to more than 200 in 13 countries. True Food currently is growing its brand quickly across the U.S.
