Home sales and inventory fell in the Twin Cities in March, according to a new report from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
Closed sales also declined 10.3 percent when compared with the year before, the new report says. That's because of the shortage of inventory, which saw a 26.1 percent decrease in March to 8,289. That's the largest decline in more than a year, the report said. New listings by home sellers stood at 6,737 in March, a year-over-year decrease of 17.5 percent.
