Builder not picked yet for “Live-In Schenectady” townhouses


The goal is to provide modern, quality housing in a neighborhood that has suffered from blight. The construction site was once the home of Luigi's and two other Italian restaurants. Luigi's closed in 2006, and was later destroyed by arson.
