Tyler Perry flips Los Angeles mansion


Tyler Perry might want to develop a new TV show called House Flippers – Los Angeles.

The Atlanta-based movie mogul sold his Mulholland Estates mansion for $15.6 million — just nine months after he bought the place for $14.5 million, the Los Angeles Times reports.
