CEO sells South Beach penthouse for $26M (Photos)


Boris Jordan, the president and CEO of Moscow-based investment firm Sputnik Group, sold his South Beach penthouse for $26 million.

The two-story 13,220-square-foot penthouse at 321 Ocean Drive was sold to Skurge LLC, a Delaware-registered company. It’s not clear who controls it.

Jordan bought the penthouse brand new for $20 million in 2015.

The seller was represented by Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny of Douglas Elliman. The agents for the buyer were Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon, also of Douglas…
