U of M names program manager for new Culinary Arts Institute


The Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality & Resort Management has named Tim Flohr program manager for the University of Memphis Culinary Arts Institute.

The institute is located in the old L'École Culinaire space in Cordova, at 1245 N. Germantown Parkway.

The space is approximately 3,500 square feet and includes a culinary lab, classrooms, a library, commercial foodservice operations, and a restaurant.

The University of Memphis announced in the spring it was taking over the space.
