Kevin Floyd has parted ways with chef Chris Shepherd’s Underbelly Hospitality.
Floyd and Shepherd were business partners in the restaurant group, where Floyd ran operations and managed Hay Merchant, Underbelly, One Fifth, Blacksmith, UB Preserv and Georgia James. He also opened craft beer bar Hay Merchant in 2012, according to a page that’s been removed from the company’s website.
