Sociable Cider Werks is continuing its tradition of offering a semipermanent home to new fast-casual food concepts that have the potential to grow into popular brick-and-mortar restaurants.
Unidos Food Co. began its year-long residency in the mobile food trailer stationed outside of the Northeast Minneapolis cidery over the weekend. The concept beat out about 20 other applicants vying for the opportunity to feed Sociable's customers.
