UnitedHealth gets a provisional OK for acquisition of Britain’s EMIS


Britain's antitrust regulator on Friday said it has provisionally cleared UnitedHealth Group's planned $1.58 billion acquisition of EMIS Group PLC, a health technology business that supports the U.K.'s National Health Service.
