UnitedHealth, Justice Department make closing arguments in Change Healthcare antitrust case

(NYSE: UNH) and lawyers from the U.S. Department of Justice made closing arguments Thursday in a trial over whether the insurance giant will be allowed to proceed with its multibillion-dollar acquisition of Change Healthcare, with the judge in the case showing some skepticism of the government's challenge to the deal.

The Wall Street Journal has a report on the end of arguments in the federal antitrust trial, which began a month ago.
