UnitedHealthcare members could lose in-network access to UAB


A contract between UAB Health System and UnitedHealthcare is set to expire July 30, which could result in the insurer's customers paying out-of-network costs when being treated at UAB.

UAB and UnitedHealthcare have been in negotiations for months, but have not yet reached an agreement.
