University of Minnesota plans to buy United Properties’ stake in Days Hotel, Tea House parcel near campus

The University of Minnesota, which teamed up with United Properties to buy a site near the university's Minneapolis campus, plans to spend as much as $8 million to buy out its partner and lock in the parcel for future development.
