Valley Partnership, an advocacy group for responsible development in Arizona, has named Jill Hegardt, vice president of entitlements at Scottsdale-based real estate developer DMB Associates Inc., as the 2019 chair of its executive committee.
Hegardt was recently appointed along with several other members of the committee:
