Vestavia Hills rezoning property for townhome units


New townhomes appear to be on the horizon for Vestavia Hills.

According to the Vestavia Voice, the city's council this week authorized the rezoning of property at 3038 Massey Road for the construction of eight new homes.

The property was previously Vestavia Hills RC-1 (condominium residential district) and is now VH R-9 (planned residential district).

The townhomes will be built by KADCO Homes across 10 lots and include two common areas.
