Wells Fargo details CEO pay raise, annual meeting plans


Wells Fargo & Co. is heading back to Texas, telling shareholders Wednesday that this year’s annual meeting will be at the Dallas-Fort Worth airport. That information, along with details about a compensation bump for CEO Tim Sloan, was disclosed in the bank's 2019 proxy statement.
