Westwood creates TIF district, will consider Karbank’s office/park proposal


Karbank Real Estate's plan would take a city park to build office space and help the city buy a closing elementary school so the developer can turn it into a new city park. The Westwood City Council recently created a TIF district encompassing the project area and will take up rezoning for the plan in mid-October.
