Wilson Foundation to award $1M more for play spaces


The Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation has begun round two of its Built to Play initiative, with another $1 million in grants available for play spaces in Western New York and Southeast Michigan.

Like the first round, the foundation will partner with KaBOOM!, a national non-profit, on its Play Everywhere Challenge.

The Play Everywhere Challenge is part of a broader Built to Play initiative launched last spring to give kids in Western New York and Southeast Michigan more opportunities for free play.…
