Over the past couple decades, Summerville has left his mark on many lauded Twin Cities restaurants, including two from James Beard award-winning chefs. Now, he's overseeing the wine program at Daniel del Prado's new Argentinian steakhouse, Porzana, which claimed the No. 1 spot on this year's Upscale Restaurants List.
