Wine and Dine: Le Bilboquet Atlanta beverage director seeks to elevate restaurant’s wine list


When Mark Hoefer joined Le Bilboquet Atlanta earlier this summer he was pleased to find a wine list that he considered to be strong and appropriate for the menu and cuisine of the restaurant.
