Exploration is what's at the heart of the new wine bar Voyager planned for Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood.
The establishment, which aims to provide a laid-back atmosphere where guests can venture into the spot's extensive wine collection, is in the works for the former Refuge Cafe space at 422 E. Lincoln Ave. The creation of Jordan Burich, Micah Buck and Kathryn Lochmann, the new business is hoping to get up and running by late September.
