Fast-casual chicken wings restaurant Wing Zone is returning to southeast Wisconsin.
Franchisee Matt Schroeder committed to opening three Wing Zone restaurants in the Milwaukee area. He has started working toward the first two locations, which are planned in Milwaukee and Wauwatosa. The addition of Wing Zone to Milwaukee’s restaurant landscape continues a local growth trend in the chicken segment.
