For years, the idea of opening a breakfast restaurant with beer has lingered in the thoughts of Milwaukeean Wolfgang Schaefer.
It's an aspiration that will soon come to fruition for the hospitality industry veteran when he opens Uncle Wolfie's Breakfast Tavern, an eatery focusing on eggs, coffee and brew, in Milwaukee's Brewers Hill this fall.
