Ybor ‘food and retail hub’ sues Michelin-starred chef alleging breach of contract

Ten Rooms, under construction in Ybor City, alleges that chef Ebbe Vollmer violated his employment agreement when he opened his eponymous fine dining restaurant in downtown Tampa in May.
