Yeti Coolers takes second crack at IPO


An initial public offering is back on the table for Austin-based Yeti Coolers Inc.

Yeti Holdings Inc., the parent company of the high-end cooler and outdoor gear company, filed Friday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $100 million in an IPO, according to Nasdaq. But that number is likely a “placeholder” for an even larger IPO — up to $300 million, according to Nasdaq estimates.
