Yia Vang closing Mov pop-up, opening second Union Hmong Kitchen in Minneapolis

Mov, the local chef's latest rotating pop-up at 901 W. Lake St., will end its run after Sunday, and Union Hmong Kitchen will open in its place next Wednesday.
