York County’s growth spurs private and public developments

After half a decade as the region’s fastest-growing county, York County shows no signs of slowing down.

Private development is meeting public investment as the region adds office, retail, housing and new road construction to support the arrival of more business and even a professional sports franchise.

In the heart of the activity is Southbridge, a 350-acre, mixed-used development by Lincoln Harris and Cato Corporation that will welcome its newest corporate headquarters later this year.
