Zillow is jumping into Nashville’s housing market.
Zillow, known for its website of real estate listings and valuations, will launch its Zillow Offers business in Nashville this year, according to a news release. Zillow Offers directly buys a seller’s house, prepares it for showings and then lists it for sale. Zillow, which is based in Seattle, will use local brokers when selling homes.
