11,000-SF Chestnut Hill estate built for storied Biddle family lists for $3.25M

Built over a three-year period from 1903 to 1906, the historic redbrick Chestnut Hill home was built for a member of Philadelphia's storied Biddle family. The architecture firm that designed the estate also designed the University of Pennsylvania's Quadrangle and Silverman Hall — the original home of Penn Carey Law.
