5,000 jobs from Goldman Sachs catalyst for half-billion-dollar development


The Dallas City Council has approved millions in incentives for a new Goldman Sachs-anchored development with a few conditions – including the New York giant retaining or creating a minimum of 5,000 full-time jobs, some of which may include "the full spectrum of headquarters services."
