A state appeals court rejected an attempt to block a high-rise hotel that would sit next to San Jose’s Hotel De Anza

The Preservation Action Council of San Jose has been fighting the Almaden Hotel project since the City Council approved it. An appeals court rejected its latest effort to block or revise the proposal.
