Wegmans has begun the process of finding 475 employees to staff the grocery chain’s new location in Raleigh, expected to open in the fall.
The store, part of Wegmans' growing footprint in the Southeast, is one of five being planned in the Triangle and is on track to be the first to open, according to an announcement from the company.
Of the new jobs created at the Wegmans location, 150 will be full-time and a majority will be local hires, according to the company.
