Ari Rastegar has high hopes for rental neighborhood in Kyle


The project is slated to bring nearly 1,000 built-for-rent homes, 1,400 apartments, 50,000 square feet of retail space and more to raw land in this fast-growing city south of Austin. Kyle saw its population nearly double in the past decade but this community, called Inf1nity Estates, would be something quite different.
