As another Kemper steps down, Commerce Bank shuffles its leadership


Jonathan Kemper, vice chairman of Commerce Bancshares Inc., plans to relinquish his day-to-day responsibilities on July 31. Kemper will continue to sit on the company's board and remain actively engaged in Kansas City-area civic activities.

As a result of Kemper stepping down from day-to-day management at Commerce Bancshares (Nasdaq: CBSH), the company reshuffled some of its top leadership. The following changes are effective Aug. 1:
