Tropical Smoothie Cafe leadership has the Midwest in its crosshairs.
The fast casual cafe franchise owned by Atlanta-based venture capital firm BIP Capital, released "aggressive development plans" Tuesday to target Ohio and Illinois for future stores, setting a goal to open 50 new cafes across both states over the next five years.
