Atlanta-based OneDigital Health and Benefits has acquired Englewood, Colo.-based Cherry Creek Benefits.
OneDigital said the acquisition will continue its growth in Colorado and add a strong team to its roster.
Cherry Breek Managing Principals Scott and Randy Niederbrach and Principals Jim Vandersluis, Barry Teeters, and Andy Neff, along with their team, will continue serving the firm’s clients throughout the Colorado Rocky Mountain region.
